We love this marinade.  It is perfect for tuna and equally good on steak tips, chicken or stir fry.  You could also add rice wine vinegar to make a salad dressing.  We marinate and cook our sushi grade tuna with it and serve it with seaweed salad.  And who doesn’t love saying WASABIYAKI?!
