4 fresh tuna steaks

 2 tablespoons sesame oil
 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
 1 scallion, sliced
 sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
 olive oil

Pre-heat broiler.  In a medium mixing bowl combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and scallion. Whisk until smooth.  In a shallow dish place tuna steaks.  Pour mixture on top of the steaks.   Marinate for 30 in refrigerator.  Remove fish and sprinkle both side with sea salt and pepper.  Broil tuna steaks on each side until cooked to your liking (3 mins per side for rare to med/rare).
